The best vanilla butter cake ,soft ,buttery,with less crumbs perfect for tea time and even for layering cakes..
Instructions
Pre heat the oven @180 c for 10 minutes
Seive together flour,baking powder and salt
Cream together butter and sugar until creamy and pale then add in eggs and vanilla and beat till creamy..
Add in the dry ingredients and give it a good mix and pour into the greased baking pan (9'inch)
Bake @ 180 c for 35 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean..
After baking allow it to cool and slice and serve
