  3. tie the spices for rice in muslin cloth and add to the boiling water then add shajeera , salt
  4. ,rice cook till done and then drain it 3/4
  5. In a wide pan add marinated chicken spread evenly as each chicken pieces touches the pan then layer it with rice then top with corianderleaves,mint leaves ,fried onion garam masala ,safrron milk , ghee cook on high flame for 10mins then lower it and cook till vapours come…
