Ingredients
  • marination :
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder -
  • 2 tsps greenchilll paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup badam melon seeds and paste (soak them in water and grind to paste) -
  • 1/2 cup curd thick -
  • 2 marinate this and keep aside for hrs
  • SPICE POWDER
  • clove Cardomom cinamon jeera , , , sha - equal amount powder it
  • 2 tbsps ghee
  • 2 onion -
  • strands saffron
  • lemob juice

  1. In a pan add ghee ,chopped onion saute till translucent then add marinated chicken , spice powder cook till chicken is done and ghee floats on top add saffron strands n cook for 2 mins finally add lemon juice...
  2. Garnish with sliced almonds
