- METHOD
- preheat oven for 10 mins at 180xba
- cut the bread slices into small pieces
- melt 1/2cup sugar in a pan till brown when caramelised add butter
- Beat egg till fluffy with remaining sugar then add milk, butterscotch sauce then pour over the bread slices and bake st 180xba for 30 -35 mins
