- METHOD
- seperate egg yolk and white
- add the above remaining ingredients half n each and beat well
- In a pan add oil then first add the 1 scoop of eggyolk mixture and swirl ir round and cook till set then with the spatula roll it to sides and add remaining egg yolk and roll it then add remaining egg white similarly and roll it finally it forms the big egg roll slice it n serve..
- u can also add white first n then yolk to make the roll
