Cooked Condensed milk is dulche de leche .when condensed milk is cooked it form to a toffee and the pudding is made with this toffee.Base for this pudding can be made in two forms…In the first picture base is made with biscuit and in the second picture base is chocolate sponge cake..so good that you dont stop having it…

Instructions
BISCUIT LAYER
  1. Crush the biscuit and add the melted butter combine well .press this in a pan and refrigerate it for the15 mins .here i have used individual mini cups to set the pudding you can use on large cake moulds
FOR SPONGE CAKE
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F. Sift maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Keep aside. In a bowl beat eggs with pinch of salt until mixture becomes slightly foaming and pale. then slowly add sugar and beat till it is pale yellow and is increased in volume .not whipping the eggs for long will result in dense cake..Add 1/3 of the cake flour mixture and mix with spatula taking care that air does not escape. Then Add melted butter to the batter. Transfer it onto a baking tin greased with butter and lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 mins. after the cake is fully baked, when pressed gently down the cake it will bounce back(i.e. the cake is soft) and skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. cool the cake completely
CREAM LAYER
  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water and melt it
  2. Whip the dream whip powder and cold milk till peaks are formed then add the fresh cream , vanilla essence ,cooked condensed milk beat it well untill all combine .u can adjust the dulche de leche more or less accordingly to ur taste Then add the melted gelatin and again mix it well. add thid mix to the above biscuit layer /cake layer and keep in fridge for 1 hour
CHOCOLATE LAYER
  1. Heat the cream and add to the chopped chocolate snd mix it well untill all chocolate get melted then add butter and mix well. add this mixture on top of the cream layer and garnish with chopped macadamia nuts and refrigerate for 4 hours and serve chill
HOW TO PREPARE DULCHE DE LECHE
  1. Remove the label from the can of condensed milk. Do not open the can. Put the can of condensed milk in pressure cooker with enough water to cover the can (the can should be under water)
  2. Close the pressure cooker and cook it for one whistle, then reduce the flame and cook for about 25 - 30 minutes.
  3. Let the pressure cooker cool down completely before opening. Open the pressure cooker and remove the can carefully from hot water. Cool the condensed milk can completely at room temperature before opening. (IF YOU OPEN IT WHEN IT IS HOT, IT CAN SPLASH OUT HOT TOFFEE! CAREFUL). Keep it covered in the refrigerator and use it as required.
