Ingredients
- 3/4 cup+ 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Add vineger to the milk and keep aside for 10 minutes
- In a bowl add in the above milk mix,egg,,sugar and mix well then add in the dry ingredients combine well.
- Then add in the vanilla Essence and melted butter mix well.
- Add the batter to the piping bag .
- Brush the pan with butter and pipe small pancakes on it and cook.
- You can serve them by drizzling with honey/pancake syrup.
