Tomato Cream Chicken

   Tomato cream chicken is a creamy chicken gravy in which shallow  fried chicken is cooked in a tomato onion based masala…Method of making the gravy is different from the normaltype as here the masala is sauted in oil and is pureed to a paste then fried chicken is cooked in it…The gravy is creamy due to the addition of  cashewnut and cream..

Marination
  1. Marinate the chicken with redchillipdr -1tsp, coriander powder-1tsp,gingergarlicpaste -1tsp ,salt for 1/2hr and shallow fry till half done
For gravy
  1. In a pan add oil jeera ,onion chopped,cook till translucent then add tomatoes,greenchilli, saute well then add kasurimethi , remaining redchilli powder,coriander powder,ginger garlicpaste,cashewnut and add one cup of water and cook till mushy ..cool this mixture and grind it to paste
  2. In another pan add butter , grinded masala , half fried chicken ,garammasala , tomato ketchup and cook till done then finally add fresh cream ...
