sweet corn palak pulav
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice bamati -
- 1 bayleaf -
- 2 cardomom -
- 1 inch cinamon - stick
- 2 clove -
- 1 tsp jeera -
- apinch of jathipathri
- 1 onion chopped -
- 2 greenchilll -
- 2 g+g paste tsps
- 2 cups spinach blanched -
- 1/2 cup sweet corn -
- 1 tsp redchilli powder -
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder -
- 2 tsps garam masala -
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder -
- 1 tbsp ghee oil / -
- 2 cups water hot -
Instructions
- wash and soak rice
- In a pan add oil , cinamon , clove , bay leaf ,jeera a pinch of jathipathri ,onion , greenchill ,g+gpaste,saute well then add corn ,palak ,all powders then add the boiled water rice and cook till done....
