Sphagetti cake

sphagetti mixed with eggs and cream ,cheese then baked in the form of cake.. This is the last post for the #week 2 day 3  under my theme baked snacks...

Course appetizer

Prep Time 10 minutes

Cook Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

• 1 packet spaghetti
• 4 eggs
• 2 tomatoes chopped
• 1 spinach bundle
• 1 + 1 cups cheese grated
• 21/2 cups cream
• 2 tsps black pepper powder
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the sphagetti accordingly by adding salt and oil then drain it and wash in water and keep aside
2. In a bowl beat egg till fluffy then add chopped tomatoes , chopped spinach , grated cheese mix it well then add cream , pepper powder and salt mix it then add cooked sphagetti and mix it well untill well incorporated
3. pour this batter into the cake tin .give a tap then top it with grated cheese and bake at 180xb0c for 30-35mins
4. when cooled demould and serve it
