Ingredients

Dates pitted and chopped

hot water

butter

brown sugar
1 1/2

all purpose flour

baking powder

Beaten egg

tbsp
chopped walnut
Toffee sauce
1/4
cup
brown sugar

butter

cup
whipping cream
1/8
tsp
vanilla essence
pinch of salt
Instructions
In a microwaveble mug Add in dates and hot water and microwave for 30 sec until dates are softened
Then add in butter and mix well until it’s melted and mixed well..
Add in flour, brown sugar, baking powder, egg , chopped walnuts and mix it well
Microwave it for 2 minutes until top is firm to touch.
Combine the ingredients for toffee sauce and heat until well combined.
Drizzle cake with toffee sauce and serve.
