Rasmalai mug cake (eggless)
Rasmalai mug cake is a fusion mug dessert  where vanilla sponge cake gets the flavour of indian dessert rasmalai and topped with whipped cream and nuts prepared in less than 2 minutes.

Instructions
  1. In a microwave mug Add butter,rasmalai, milk, vanilla essence and mix it well
  2. Then add in sugar, flour, baking powder and salt mix it well until combined with no lumps.
  3. Add chopped rasmalai balls to the batter mix well and microwave it for 1 minute 30 sec until top is firm and cooked well…(time depends on your oven )
  4. Remove from microwave poke the cake withskewers or tooth pick then add the remaining rasmalai and get it soaked
  5. Finally garnish wirh whipped cream ,chopped rasmalai and nuts.
  6. serve chilled
