Ingredients
To Prepare Rasagullas
To Prepare Sugar Syrup
To Prepare Rasmalai

First Prepare Rasagullas
  1. Pour the milk in a pan and Boil
  2. Stir well until milk curdles.Strain the mixture in muslin cloth .Then add cold water to it.
  3. Squeeze the whey and keep aside until it become hard.
  4. Transfer this to a plate and knead to get soft dough.Make equal balls and flatten it and keep aside.
To Prepare Sugar Syrup
  1. Boil water and sugar with cardomom powder.then add the above prepared rasagullas and cook for 7 minutes until its double in size.
  2. Then remove and add to the cold water . keep aside for 30 minutes
  3. Add little bit of prepared sugar syrup to the cold water.
To Prepare Rasmalai
  1. Boil Milk and sugar ,then add saffron strands and cardomom powder.
  2. Boil until milk is thickened and reduced to half. set aside to cool. This Thickened milk is called Rabdi.
  3. Slightly squeeze the prepared rasagullas and add to the rabdi and chill it.
  4. After chilling remove the rasagullas from rabdi and keep aside.
To Prepare 3 milk
  1. Mix together Above Prepared Rabdi , condensed milk and evaporated milk.
  2. Soak the sponge cake with is 3 milk mixture.
  3. Then add the chopped rasagullas on top of it. and chill it for 30 minutes.
  4. Whip the whipping cream with 2 tbsp of Rabdi until soft peaks are formed..or use whipping powder ( whip it with cold milk)
  5. Add on top of the cake and and chill it until serve.
