  1. Dry roast the whole pepper and fennel seeds in a pan then grind to coarse powder.
  2. In a pan add oil onion then cook till it is soft then curry leaves and ginger garlic paste cook till raw smell is gone.
  3. Then add tomatoes cook till mushy then add all spice powders and salt andcook till oil floats this process is very important as it add taste to pepper chicken .then add the chicken pieces add very little water and cook till done.( it has to cook on its own juice)
  4. when it is cooked and almost dry consistency add the chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle the powdered mix(pepper +fennel) give it a stir and serve hot…
