agar agar

sugar

mango
puree –
1/4
cup
milk

METHOD
soak the agar agar in water for 15 mins then boil it until dossolved then add sugar let it dissolve then add milk n mango puree mix it well off the gas strain the mixture and pour into the round mould and allow it to set and cut into squares
