Mango coconut Jelly fruit pudding / Three Layered Agar Agar Pudding
A Three layered Agar agar pudding with Fresh mango, coconut and clear layer with cut fruits..I would say this as a layered jelly cake ..one of the commonly prepared sweet with Agar Agar..

Instructions
  1. Soak the agar agar in water and boil it till it’s dissolved .
  2. Divide the agar agar into 3 equal parts .
  3. To one part add in sugar mix well and pour into a mould ….topped with cut fruits and refrigerate until semi set .
  4. To another part add in coconut cream/ milk mix well then add required sugar and mix well.Pour on top of set layer and refrigerate it.
  5. To the Last part of agar agar add in mango puree and mix well. Add sugar if needed and pour on top of the coconut layer and refrigerate again.
  6. Allow it to set well and demould when needed…
