Grilled fish with mushroom sauce
Fish served with thick creamy mushroom sauce and sauted veggies

  2. marinate the fish with pepperpdr, mixedherbs,lemonjuice,salt oil for hrs 2
  3. then grill it..either in oven for mins or in pan 20
  4. to prepare sauted vegetables add oil in pan then add onion , saute it then add capsicum(i used red , yellow,green ,) ,pepperpdr, salt ,mixed herbs
  5. To prepare white sauce:
  6. On a pan add butter ,mushroom saute well until ot is cooked then add maida cook it then add the cream and mix it wel without any lumps now add salt ,pepper and mixed herbs
  7. pour this white sauce over grilled fish and serve with sauted veggies…
