Instructions
  1. Green Masala Paste. grind together ginger , garlic,greenchilli , coriander leaves,cumin seeds
  2. Cashewnut paste. prepare the paste by grinding together cashew nuts ,cumin seeds , coriander leaves and lemon juice and keep aside
  3. In a cooker add oil onion sliced cook till transparent then add the prepared green masala saute it well then add turmericpowder,coriander powder , redchilli powder garam masala and mutton mix it well add salt and cook till done..
  4. In another pan add ghee and add crushed garlic when its browned add cashew nut paste saute it for whe then add prepared meat mixture and mix it well.
  5. In a baking dish spread the meat mix evenly then layer it with sliced hard boiled eggs sliced tomato and chopped corianderleaves then add 2 beaten eggs on top of it and bake @180xb0c for 15 to 20 mins…
