Instructions
Clean and devain the prawns
marinate the prawn in ingredients under marination for 2 hours minimum 1/2hour
combine together the coating mix and put in a zipper bag and add the prawns and shake it well until well coated .shake off excess flour
Fry in oil until crisp .
