Ingredients

Instructions
  1. First prepare caramel layer by caramelising sugar and wayer until golden colour.. pour this on to the mould/pan where pudding is to be prepared amd keep aside.
  2. Heat the milk and cream and keep aside
  3. In a Blender beat together eggs,sugar,and vanilla essence until creamy and frothy then add in cream cheese, boiled milk cream mix and blend again .
  4. Strain the mix and pour over the caramel
  5. To prepare sponge cake layer beat the egg and sugar until double in size and creamy then add in flour and mix well add to the top of the cream layer.. cover with foil paper and steam it for 25-30 minutes..it may seemed to mix with the cream layer but it will get layered on steaming..
  6. Take out and chill it for 2 hours
  7. Turn the pudding into upside down on to a serving plate so that the caramel layer is on top then cut and serve..
