Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with redchilli powder,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,garam masala,lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the flour mix by mixing together maida,salt and pepper
  3. Beat an egg with salt,pepper and milk and keep aside.
  4. Skew the Chicken to the skewer and arrange in a plate.
  5. Coat the chicken in flour mix then dip in egg and coat with crushed cornflakes ,fry the chicken till crisp.
