  1. Prepare the caramel syrup by caramelising the sugar and water till golden Brown… pour over the pudding pan and coat the pan.
  2. Blend together milk,egg,vanilla essence,condensed milk,coconut powder till smooth and pour over the caramel base.Cover with foil paper.
