Chicken Tikka Puff Ring
Chicken Tikka (Boneless chicken Pieces marinated in yoghurt and spices and then pan fried ) and is enclosed in puff pastry with mozrella cheese,mayo spread made into a ring shape and baked to perfection.

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with ingredients for Chicken Tikka for 2 hours
  2. Then pan fry in with butter / oil until golden brown and charred …
  3. roll the puff pastry into rectangles by joining 3 sheets vertically and again adding vertically making 3 rows and 2 column .join both sets and make a rectangle
  4. If you are single pastry sheet roll them into rectangles
  5. use a knife, to cut thin strips all the way up to 2/3 of the length of the pastry.
  6. Spread the mixture of mayonaise and redchilli sauce to uncut end of the pastry sheet then layer with chicken tikka pieces , top with mozrella cheese.
  7. Roll them tightly and cover with strips all over .
  8. Then form into circle and seal the edges..
  9. Transfer to the baking tray brush with beaten egg and top with mozrella cheese
  10. Bake in pre heated oven @200 °c for 20 -25 minutes until it’s cooked ,crispy and golden brown.
