Instructions
Marination
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients under ‘marinate’ except water . for 1/2 hour .Then pressure cook it for 1 whistle with 1/2 cup water.after that remove the chicken pieces seperately
For Masala
  1. In a pan add coconut oil, curry leaves and shallow fry chicken pieces from above..
  2. To that same oil add more curry leaves ,sliced small onion and saute it,
  3. soak the redchillies in warm water and grind it with vinegar to a paste then add to above masala and saute till raw smell is gone.
  4. Then add tomatoes,salt and cook till mushy .then add the reserved stock form cooking the chicken .and make it a semi gravy then add the chicken pieces and cook till dry .
