  1. Brush the ramekins with butter and keep aside
  2. In a pan add sugar and water and caramelise it and pour onto the ramekins ,Then add the half of the sliced banana on top of it and keep aside.
  3. In a mixie jar blend together eggs,milk,sugar,condensed milk,vanilla essence., half of banana.
  4. Pour over the caramel and cover with foil and steam for 30 -35 minutes
  5. Once cool down ,refrigerate it for 2 hours
  6. Run a spatula around the edges of ramekins,invert to the plate and serve..
