Ingredients
- 250 gm prawns chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup mozrella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients except oil .
- Shallow fry them oil ...cook both sides till crisp..
