I’m back to blogging after a long gap..Alhamdhulila..Really missed this space a lot.. so after a long vacation I ‘m back in my place ready to try more dishes and videos for my you tube channel.. Two days back I asked my viewers about what all recipes they want me to try and post here many of them came with kids lunch/tiffin recipes ,desserts insha allah will focus on all that and come up with  good innovative recipes..

Coming to today’s recipe Patiala chicken , a creamy chicken..I got this recipe from a TV channel prepared by a chef venkadesh bhatt. Its served with omelette or scrambled eggs on top in restaurant..But am Not sure of that but anyway I can guarantee you all with the taste of chicken recipe it’s just mouth-watering…I have used gheee for this recipe I would recommended to use to get the exact taste of recipe .

Patiala chicken

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd redchilli powder,salt for 1/2 hour.
  2. Dry roast the ingredient under "Dry Roast" and powder it..
  3. In a pan add ghee ,chopped onion saute well then add in green chillies..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till raw smell goes off.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook for2 minutes..Add red chill powder,turmeric powder ,2 tsp of above powdered masala, salt and cook for 2 more Minutes.
  6. Add the marinated chicken mix well and cook till 3/4 done.Then add curd and mix well and cook till done.
  7. Finally switch off the gas add cream mix well then add a blop of butter and keep it close.
