Mini Donuts Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maida all purpose flour / -
- 1/4 cup sugar -
- 2 tsps baking powder -
- 1/4 tsp salt -
- 1 egg -
- 1/4 cup milk -
- 1 tsp vanilla essence -
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil -
Instructions
- mix together flour,salt,sugar,bakingpowder
- beat toghetr egg ,milk,oil,vanilla essence and add to the above flour mixture n mix it and keep it for 5 mins then scoop this inyo a disposable piping bag sns snip the tip and pipe a ring of dough into the donut maker mould bake fr 3 - 5 mins. remove it and cool in wire rack and top with icing sugar , chocolate ganache
