Three layered Agar agar pudding

A Three layered Agar agar pudding with Fresh mango, coconut and clear layer with cut fruits..I would say this as a layered jelly cake ..one of the commonly prepared sweet with Agar Agar..

we are at the end of Ramadan subhanallah the days have flew fast ,its like the Ramadan have just started and is coming to end… like before I couldn’t post as frequent as before .I Think this is my second post in this ramadan.

Agar agar pudding is one of the dish which is prepared everyday in our home in Ramadan  with different flavours ..we usually have Rosemilk Agar Agar or Rose kadalpasi as we say.I Also make this pudding with Fresh fruits…Coming to today recipe its a layered pudding  with mango as one layer and coconut milk as another layer and the final layer as clear agar agar with cut fruits…

As mango season is still there I have used fresh mango puree for the layer.and for the next layer is coconut layer here I have used coconut cream or you can use coconut milk or coconut milk powder mixed in water…final layer is clear agar agar layer with cut fruits here I have used cut mango pieces , blueberry.
