Delicious malabar chicken roast
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken - -
- 1 tsp turmeric powder -
- 2 tsps pepper powder -
- 1/2 tbsp cornflour -
- 1/2 tbsp rice flour -
- salt
- lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil -
- 3 greenchilli slit -
- 1 tsp ginger julience -
- curry leaves
- 2 tbsps onion small sliced -
- oil for frying
Instructions
- marinate chicken , with turmeric powder,salt,pepperpowder, cornflour, rice flour lemon juice for half n hr and then deep fry it
- In another pan add coconut oil ,slit greenchilli, curry leaves, ginger juliennes,sliced small onion fry it and then add fried chkn pieces toss it well and serve
