One of the Best Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes ever which is super moist, soft, Eggless and its one bowl cupcakes..that can be made easily, frosted with Rich Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Cocopowder
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Pre heat your oven @180 c for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl Mix together water,oil,vinegar,vanilla essence,Powdered sugar ..
- Add in Flour,cocoa powder,baking soda, salt mix well until combined without any lumps..
- Fill in the cups and bake @180 c for 20 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
