Yes Friday again and I have come up with another sweet dish..I have noticed nowdays that I post Dessert/sweet in fridays…. This is because all fridays i try to make sweet dishes for my family as its holiday here and it comes out well and i post it same day even though I have posts pending in my inbox….

 

Lets come to today dish Fried Icecream…Its been a biggest tast to get proper perfect fried icecream as by the time the its fried icecream somehow uses out and it get collapsed….its been difficult.But today I have come with a technique which is no fail/no mess fried icecream ….we get the same texture of fried icecream yes with the magic ingredient …..Bread…… just WRAP it FREEZE it FRY it…

  1. Place a sheet pan in the freezer and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.Using a large ice scream scoop, form balls of ice cream about 2xbd inches in diameter. Place on the frozen sheet pan until frozen solid.
  2. Cut the edges off the slices of sandwich bread and flatten with a rolling pin. (You will need 2 slices for each ice cream ball.) Take the flattened bread and mold around the ice cream balls. Place back in the freezer for about 2 hours, until frozen rock-solid.
  3. Heat oil Dip each ice-cream-bread ball into the hot oil for about 15 seconds, until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the oil, pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Garnish with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
