Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cup dates chopped
• 20 Lotus Biscuit

Instructions

1. In a Pan add butter ,melt it.
2. Then add in chopped dates mix well and cook until mushy.
3. Then add in crushed lotus biscuit and mix well until Combined..
4. Grease the foil and add the dates mix roll them tightly into log shape and refrigerate it for 2 hours
5. Then slice and serve.
