Ingredients
- 2 boiled egg chopped
- 1 spring onion chopoped
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- salt to taste
- coriander leaves
- 2 bread slices
- redchilli sauce optional
Instructions
- Mix together egg chopped ,onion,mayonaise ,salt,pepper,coriander leaves
- Apply butter to the bread slice
- apply the mix to the bread slices and toast or grill it
- It can also filled in tortillas and made as wrap
