4 in 1 Microwave brownie

The chewy ,fudgy microwave brownie that can be quickly made within minutes in microwave.This brownie tray has 4 flavour in it ,topped with oreos,cheesecake,dulce de leche, lotus biscoff spread and its crumbs .

Microwave bakings are always a quick fix to our sweet cravings.Brownies are everyone’s favourite especially if they are chocolate lover.These microwave brownies are chewy, fudgy..I got this recipe from gemma stafford’s blod bigger bolder baking.. but here I have used this recipe to make 4 different flavour to our brownies all in one tray.if you like you can make this recipe to make a single toppings in one tray and enjoy inorder to show you all and to try different topping at a time I have tried this method.

This can also be made in eggless version by replacing eggs with yoghurt..here I have used 2 eggs it van be replaced with 1/2 cup yoghurt which gives a same result as such of these recipe..

Ingredients

  1. In a sauce pan heat sugar,water and chocolate .stir until chocolate is melted.Allow it to cool.
  2. Sift together flour,baking powder,salt and keep aside.
  3. To the cooled chocolate mix add in eggs ( yoghurt for eggless version),oil,vanilla essence mix well.
  4. Add in the dry ingredients and combine until everything is mixed , mix by cut and fold method..donot over mix it
  5. pour the batter into a greased microwavable pan and add the toppings.
Toppings
  1. Mix together cream cheese,vanilla essence and sugar until creamy and add onto one side of the brownie batter,and swirl it.
  2. break the oreo into half and add to adjacent sides .
  3. Add a heap of dulce de leche to the next side and swirl it.
  4. And the last drizzle biscoff spread and crushed biscuit on top
  5. microwave it for 7-8 minutes until top is set ...Donot over bake it it will turn the cake hard.
  6. Allow it to cool before cutting..
