Instructions
  1. Soak the basmati rice for 15 minutes
  2. Mix together all ingredients except rice
  3. Shape into a ball and roll it in the soaked rice and steam for 15 -18 minutes until the rice is cooked and doubled
  4. Serve hot with tea
