melted butter

honey

egg

tsp
vanilla essence

tbsp
brown sugar

all purpose flour

baking powder
Instructions
Add the honey, egg ,butter and vanilla in a mug and beat with a fork until combined.
Add the sugar, flour and beat again until fully combined and smooth.
Cook in the microwave for around 90 seconds (depending on your microwave power), then allow to cool
Optional) Drizzle with extra honey and serve immediately.
