Chocolate chip cookie Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 2 1/2tbsp white sugar
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4cup flour
- 1/2tsp baking slda
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2cup chocolate chipsyou can increase if you want
Cheesecake filling
- 1(225gm)pack Philadelphia cream cheese(you can use any other brand too)
- 1/2cup sugar
- 1/4tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients kept for chocolate chip cookie dough and refrigerate for half hour
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing all the ingredients until smooth
- Preheat the Oven @ 180 degree for 15 mins
- In a greased pan, add half of the cookie dough then layer with the cream cheese filling
- Then again layer with remaining cookie dough
- Bake for 35~40 mins
- Remove from the pan and allow it to cool
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Slice and serve the Chocolate Chip Cookie cheesecake Bar
