Pappa Roti Buns

Its time for Muslim food bloggers challenge ya its 10th March… and this time challenge is something different its “cooking from a scrapbook” its interesting right…… when am free I always search for new recipes when it come across  i save in my scrapbook….There are so many such recipes still in my scrapbook…. but this time challenge helped to pick this one from it ….thanks to rafeeda for such a challenge..I wish she does this  type of topics for  challenge often so that I can make something that I have left 😄 ….Today’s recipe is Papa roti buns .

Pappa roti Buns : It’s a soft bun with outer coffee crust prepared with typical coffee icing and the stuffed butter inside the bun. The bun itself tastes awesome but when it is served with some coffee its taste enhances much more.  It may looks normal buns on seeing but they are not .. Coffee icing is piped on top of the bun while baking that melts and get baked and form a thick crust on top. The origin of this bun is very interesting you can check out here about how it origines.

I have saved it this long before but I don’t  know why i haven’t  tried it out .For this challenge when I was going through the scrapbook came across and picked this recipe …I had a small fear that whether it would come out well but Alhamdulillah  it was so good and everyone  like it…lets get into the recipe.
