This no-bake eclair cake is quick andeasy to make with the layer of butter cookies and creamy vanilla custard topped with chocolate ganache..
Today is friday and again I have come up with a dessert..ya This dessert is easy to make with no baking…original recipe calls for just 4 ingredients that’s graham crackers ,vanilla pudding g mix , cool whip and chocolate ganache…but today I have made this recipe with all home available products…I dint have a vanilla pudding stock at home so tried my own version so I have prepared my own custard filling with custard powder and mixed with whipping cream..And also Ihave used crunchy butter biscuit instead of graham crackers .It just need time to set so prepare accordingly..
Take 1/4cup of milk in a boil and add custard powder mix it well and keep aside..Boil the remaining milk with sugar and then add the custard mix and vanilla essence and cook by stirring until its thick and no lumps..allow it to cool down
whip the whipping powder with milk until stiff then combine cooled custard mix .and keep aside.
In a pudding tray layer biscuit then top with vanilla custard then again layer biscuit and custard alternately till it finishes .
To Prepare the Ganache
Microwave butter and milk just enough so that they are melted together. You do not need to boil it. Add cocoa and powdered sugar and blend together. This will be a runnier frosting/glaze. And finallt top this ganache over the pudding and keep in fridge until set.
