Maggie in peanut sauce

Maggie is everyone’s  favourite … Today’s post is giving a small twist to the Normal Maggie recipe… we are tossing the Maggie in peanut  sauce..

My last post was chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce .I had some peanut sauce left so inspired by thai cuisine especially pad thai which has crushed  peanut on top that makes the noodle a varied taste so got an idea of tossing this sauce  with the noodle… unfortunately i dint have noodles at home that time .. I meant plain noodle then I grabbed a Maggie noodle packet which was goreng noodle  prepared as per instruction then tossed it with the sauce… tadaa…. a yummy delicious recipe…

You can even try it other flavour of Maggie too… I have served it with chicken satay..

  1. Prepare the Maggie as per packet
  2. Prepare the peanut sauce from the link above.
  3. Toss the Maggie in peanut sauce still hot until it is saucy then garnish with spring onion and crushed peanuts
