As i have flavoured my cake with vanilla essence if you wish you can add almond essence to get rich flavour of Almond or add lemon juice.

Instructions
  1. Pre heat your oven @180 c for 10 minutes..Grease your baking pan and keep aside.
  2. Seperate the egg yolk and whites, Combine egg yolk and sugar and beat until creamy and fluffy..
  3. Add in vanilla essence and Almond flour combine until well incorporated..
  4. Add in milk if the batter is too thick..if not omit it.
  5. In another clean bowl whip the egg whites until soft peaks are formed..
  6. Fold in the egg white into batter and mix well..Donot over mix..
  7. Transfer the batter to greased pan and bake @180 for 25-30 minutes until toothnpick inserted comes out clean..
  8. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes and slice n serve
