Dhaka Fried chicken is a easy to make street food fried chicken where the chicken is  marinated in crushed spices and fried with sesame seeds.It is a street food of Bangladesh.

Ingredients

• 1/2 kg chicken strips
• 2 egg
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 cup corn flour
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 1/2 tsp Crushed redchilli
• 1 tsp chicken stock powder
• 1/4 cup sesame seeds
• salt to taste
• chaat masala

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate foe 30 minutes
2. Then fry the chicken pieces and sprinkle with chaat Masala
3. serve hot with ketchup or mayonaise
