Danish butter cookies

These cookies are very crunchy and crisp perfect for dipping in tea or coffee….As a name say butter cookies it just melts in your mouth.. It would look and taste as same that we buy at store.. and can be made easily with the less ingredients at home

Ingredients

125 gm butter

60gm powdered sugar

165gm flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Soften butter and sugar till smooth then add vanilla extract and add flour and stir until combined into a soft dough.It wont be a stiff dough but it will be sticky
  2. Transfer this dough into a piping bag and pipe into the greased baking tray with your choice of nozzle .here i have used floral nozzle.
  3. pre heat the oven at 180°c for 5 mins
  4. Bake the cookies @190°c for 10 mins
  5. Remove from the oven and let tje cookies cool on the tray for few minutes.
  6. when cool store in a air tight container
