crispy  chicken roll in which chicken filling is stuffed in bread slice coated in bread crumbs and fried….

Tired of making samosas and cutlets you try this snack which is more crispier (Really its crispy) as chicken filling is stuffed in bread and again coated in breadcrumbs..

Ingredients

chicken filling
250 gm Chicken(bonless)
1/2 Turmeric powder
1 tsps Pepper powder
1/2 tsps Soya sauce
Salt
2 Onion chopped
2 tsps Gingergarlic paste
1 tsps Redchilli powder
1 tsps Coriander powder
1 1/2 tsps Garam masala
Coriander leaves
1 mashed potato
Oil for frying
7 Bread slices
For Coating
2 tbsps cornflour
2 tbsps maida
water
1 cup Bread crumbs

Steps

  1. Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder ,pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and pressure cook it Then shred the chicken pieces.
  2. Here I have used boneless chicken use can chicken with bones too then shred it
  3. Boil and mash the potatoes.adding potoato is optional..
  4. In a pan add oil , chopped onions and saute until it is soft not browned then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell is gone then add all the powders , shreded chicken , boiled green peas mix it ..then finally add mashed potato and coriander leaves ..add salt according to taste.. and keep it
  5. cut the sides of bread slice and roll it thin
  6. keep the filling in one sides of bread and cover it and press the sides tight.even if the bread pieces break its ok just press with water .
  7. mix together maida and cornflour with water into a thin watery form
  8. Dip the bread in maida mix and coat with breadcrumbs and fry it..
  9. yummy crispy snack ready to be served.
